Hi! My name is Xing Sun. I have a Level 3 ECE, and I have been working in Emelia’s Child Development Centre for ten years. During these ten years, I had experienced the setbacks of the centre hard developing from a small daycare into a big, high-quality one. I had witnessed the director, Belinda Mendonca’s strong faith, passion for the children and dedication o her work. I had shared the joys of many co-workers’ success in their professional development with Belinda’s great support and encouragement. I also learned about different culture an tasted a lot of food provided by our multi-cultural staff. All of these offered opportunities for me to sharpen my will, improve my ability and widen my views. I think the children’s smile, the parent’s respect and the co-workers’ friendship are the best rewards of my ten years’ effort.
